Lexis Design was commissioned to design the interiors of this two storey residence on a generous corner block with dual frontage in close proximity to France bay.
The approach to the design was elegant minimalistic with the living areas on the ground level flowing seamlessly from the indoors to the outdoor entertaining and pool areas. The client has four small children and the design needed to to be able to accommodate all their storage needs while still maintaining the clean crispness of the overall theme.
