Lexis Design was commissioned to design the interiors of a new single residence built on a majestic high perch atop a steep block with extensive views of the ocean, in the prime location of Maroubra in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The location was the key inspiration behind theproject, and the view, its most outstanding asset. The intent of the design was to create the 650 sq.m luxury home, split over five levels that captured the maximum ocean views.
From the star studded ceiling in the cinema / media room to the saltwater gas heated swimming pool, sauna and commercial-grade elevator, this house has been designed with the best of facilities with the highest quality of materials.
For this residence , Lexis Design received a highly commended award for Interior Design, Private Residence, Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016-17.
