This new 400 sq.m residence was built on a narrow and steep Cliffside site with extensive views of the Pacific. The topography of the site, along with its restricted access, proved to be considerable design constraints. Lexie Vatavalis, the interior architect worked closely with CMH Architects from concept to completion of the project, particularly in relation to the interior space planning, detailing, joinery and the selection of furniture and furnishings.
The stunning location inspired the selection of finishes that resulted in a timeless “Mediterranean contemporary” ambience designed to enhance the view. The attention to detail contributed immensely to the creation of this dream home.
