Evergrand, Terry Road, Rouse Hill, 2015
This project on a two hectare site at Terry Road, Rouse Hill consists of four-storeyed residential blocks containing 256 one to three bedroom apartments.
Lexis Design was commissioned to design and document typical kitchen, bathroom, laundry, wardrobe, lobbies, finishes and colour boards for marketing, schedules for tender purposes, marketing and assist with the CGIs including selection of furniture and sketch plan for typical apartment.
The concept embodied a minimalistic approach that gave this development its refined simplicity and crisp quality, successfully delivering an excellent resulting design within budget.
