Lexis Design was commissioned to design this collection of three exquisite three-bedroom residences situated at Blue Bay, Central Coast, on a peninsula between Tuggerah Lake and the Pacific Ocean.

Each townhouse was designed to showcase luminous interiors with abundant plan living and private outdoor spaces.
