Value Suites, Green Square, 2016
Value Suites is a 98 room new build Hotel located on O’Riordan street Waterloo. Lexis Design was commissioned to work on the interiors including the front of house reception lobby and rooms including ensuites.
A fully framed glazed shop front standing at 5.5metres high provided an opportunity to create a dynamic reception lobby with gentle soft curved walls embracing the space. The cylindrical pendants provide a sculptural element.
The rooms were designed to appeal to patrons that would appreciate an uncluttered, bright and airy space with kitchen facilities.
